From the launch of the MVP it was apparent that Gloji's navigation would need to be expanded in later releases to improve the user experience. Users complained they did not understand where they were in their video programme, and noted they would like to look back on previous content to reaffirm the behaviour change lessons they had learnt.
In addition to this, users also experienced some general issues with the applications navigation, such as how to complete a video and move onto the next.
Myself, the Product Owner and Lead Designer hosted a series of workshops and user interviews to help define what the navigation could look like.
